- 4 Block consist of 605 Unit Luxuries condominium located at Mont Kiara. Mechanical & Electrical Consultant is PCR SDN BHD operated at TTDI. The design for the electrical services consist of the following :-
- 4 nos of Double Chamber of substation which located at both tower (2 nos each)
- The electrical system is combination using cable and busduct
- 2 nos of generator set @ 750KVA and 600KVA provided to cater for essential load required.

- 4 blocks of condominuim consist of 391 unit apartment located at Wangsa Maju, near to Wangsa Walk. The bulding currently located at the most highes point in that particular area.
- The unit has been design to suit all satus category from bachelor till granny.
- Electrical design for the building consist of 3 nos. TNB substation which comprise with 2 Double Chamber and 1 Single Chamber.
- 1 nos of 600KVA generator set provided to cater for essential power supply.

- TESCO DISTRIBUTION CENTER
- Huge Tesco Distribution Center has been develop at Bukit Beruntung (Rawang) for TESCO to distribute their goods to all the STORE in the region.
- HT supply taken for this development and consist of 2 nos of Transformer (2.5MVA and 2.0MVA) to supply for this Distribution Center.
- T5 high output lighting system has been install for this store yard complete with motion censor to lightup 14m working space area.
- The Japanese contractor for this project has been work hard to complete the works within the time limit provided by the STORE.
